Wherever possible, Spiros is happy to work with clients to restore and modernize old buildings, using traditional materials in the Corfiot style, so that as much of the history and beauty of Corfu can be retained.

The traditional roof tiles, balconies and stonework give Corfu houses their distinctive appearance and it is this character that the island now needs to preserve.
