During construction, we take photographs of each stage of development, as listed below:

1)        Foundations

2)       

2. DPM  (Damp proof membrane) 

3)      Oversite

4)      Reinforcing

5)       Formation of Concrete Structure

6)        Brick cavity walls with insulation in between

7)        Render

8)        Plaster finish

9)        Roofing  (Water-proof membrane battens tiles)

10)   Plumbing and electricity, according to plans and inspected by architect 

11)  Tiling and stonework, internal and external

     12. Houses are complete !

It is our job to oversee these stages from the beginning to end.   If clients are unable to manage site visits, then we keep them informed via e-mails and photographs.
